I have laptop Toshiba C850-1CC with processor Intel Pentium B960 which have supported sockets PGA988, FCPGA988. I wanna replace it with i3-2330M with sockets supported FCBGA1023, PPGA988. Will this work?

You must contact toshiba and ask them which processors are supported by THEIR BIOS. Then, you can select from those processors.

An upgrade processor must be socket, chipset, and bios compatible.
