I'm having trouble checking my processor warranty

I went to Intel’s warranty inquiry page and entered the FPO (Batch) number and ATPO number on the box of the newly purchased processor, and then I got an error: “The ATPO number entered is invalid. Enter visible characters or full ATPO for an "Accurate warranty date." Under this error, there is another processor that matches my processor model and FPO number, but the serial number (ATPO) number does not match. My processer is Intel core i7 13700KF. What's going on?
