Unfortunately, the only processors supported by the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool are the ones on the product list, I don't see the Broadwell Xeon processor on that list. You can use it if you are using any of the following operating systems:

• Windows 10
• Windows 8.1
• Windows 8
• Windows 7
• Windows Server 2012
• Windows Server 2008 R2 (not supported on Server Core Role)
• Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1
• Linux Fedora 20 32 & 64 Bit (Custom Fedora LiveUSB provided by Intel)
