I7 12650H Processor issue

When i test my processor benchmark i found low score because of my clock not reach to max clock hrtz
My clock must reach to 4.7 but it did not exceed 3.1 all the time i need help

First, I would like to set your expectations that I am going to ask a series of questions. The reason why I am asking this is to ensure that I will be able to assist you on this matter.

 

  1. For the record, were the Intel processors working normally before?
  2. When did the issue start?
  3. Were there any recent changes to the system before the issue started?
  4. What is the make and model of your laptop?
  5. Have you done any troubleshooting? If so, please specify.

 

Furthermore, I hope to know if it is possible for you to download and install an Intel tool that will scan your system. Don't worry; there will be no personal information to be collected. To get the tool, please visit this link: Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*.

 

Please run the program, select everything, then scan, click next, save the result log, and upload the text file in your next response.
