Identification processeur

Bonjour,

Je souhaiterais m’assurer du type de processeur Intel présent dans mon PC portable.

Je ne vois pas d’inscription claire me permettant de le faire et une recherche sur Internet via le n°V549B048SR2EY n’a rien donné (ni 04715)…

Il s'agit d'un HP Pavillon Notebook 17-g171nf. D'origine le processeur est un Intel core 5 6200u, soit disant remplacé par celui pris en photo, c'est pour cela que je voudrais savoir quel est ce processeur Intel maintenant installé...

Somewhere on the processor should be a 5 character code beginning with an S.

Can you find it?

Non pas de S..., Tout ce que j'ai comme référence c'est ceci : V549B048SR2EY  et  04715...

Pas en l'état, il est tout démonté et j'attends pour fin de semaine une barette de mémoire à installer avant de le remonter...

L'information système de Win 11 me précisait qu'il s'agissait du Core I 5 6200u alors qu'il est "en principe" up gradé par un Core I 5 de 9ème génération, mais j'aimerais en avoir la confirmation...

Hard to imagine that a 6th gen machine could be upgraded to a 9th gen machine, even with a daughter card.

I think it best for you to reassemble and see what the bios says.  I hope your bios was updated to support this 9th gen processor, if it supports it at all.

Si vous le voulez bien, je reviendrai vers vous une fois le PC remonté.

A priori, il n'y avait pas de problème de bios puisque le PC fonctionnait normalement sous Win 11.

The most important issue with upgrading to another processor is that the bios supports the new processor.  It is unlikely that the bios, without being updated, will support this new processor.  And, the bios has to be upgraded before the new processor is inserted.

Yes, report back when the machine is reassembled.

Je reviens vers vous après assemblage du PC.

Voilà ce que donne le Bios (il apparait encore I5 6200U).

Y a-t-il une possibilité pour que le processeur (voire le coeur du processeur) ait été remplacé par un I5 9200U comme cela m'a été dit et que ce dernier n'apparaisse pas dans le Bios? Si oui, existe-t-il un moyen de savoir s'il y a réellement un I5 9200 d'installé dans ce PC?

If the bios is not showing what you believe to be the correct processor, then something is wrong.

Désolé, je n'arrivais plus à me connecter au blog... Les résultats de IPDT sont les suivants (c'est bien le processeur I5 6200U qui apparaît):

Une question, qui sera peut-être la dernière   : est-il possible qu'un processeur I5 9200U soit installé et que IPDT détecte un processeur I5 6200U comme présent (donc d'une façon erronée)? En clair IPDT peut-il être trompé?

No, if IPDT detects the processor asi5-6200U, then that is what it is.
