Impedances between the E3825 and the DDR3 memory

I'm exploring a version of the Minnowmax open source hardware which uses an E3825 Processor and DDR3 memory. I am a RF Engineer doing the redesign. I know the differential impedances have to be 100 ohm pairs but what traces (nets) have to be 50 ohms? In general at these speeds do all address lines have to be 50 ohms or do they have to be 60 ohm? Please advise where to get this type of information as I said I am a RF Engineer with general knowledge of microprocessor design.

Who would be my field app eng in the Northest area of the USA?

This type of information is not available at the processor forum area. This might be at the embedded design center forums.

For information about Intel Field application engineer, you would need to contact an Intel authorized distributor around your area: http://locate.intel.com http://locate.intel.com
