Hi
I have a single threaded application running in a virtual environment (VMWare) on Windows Server 2008 R2 with 4x2 Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2650 v2 @2.60GHz. We have intermittent issues with this application where MI data is missing as the CPU can not process everything at busy periods. Are there any tweaks that can be done to maybe improve this performance? I see the driver that we are using for the Processors is Microsoft v6.1.760.16385 (from 2006). Is there anything newer than this that might help?
Thanks in advance

Hi Intelinot,
If there were any tweak to improve the performance, would be in the application, it should let you customize it.
I recommend you to contact VMware* and check with them if there is any way to customize its performance.
