Inquire about the IPC (Instructions Per Cycle) of the CPU.

        I want to calculate the performance or computational power of a CPU, and I found a formula: CPU Performance = IPC (Instructions Per Cycle) × Frequency (Clock Speed in MHz). Now I would like to know the IPC (Instructions Per Cycle) for the following CPUs.

         Can any engineer help me with this? Or can an engineer from Intel assist me in finding this information? Thank you very much!
