Inquiry About i9-14900K Voltage at 1.45V on ASUS Prime Z790-P WiFi

Dear Intel Support Team,

I recently replaced my Intel Core i9-14900K CPU after a repair process, and the new CPU is now functioning normally. However, I noticed that while gaming, the CPU voltage consistently stabilizes around 1.45V, even though I am using the latest BIOS with default settings on my ASUS Prime Z790-P WiFi (LGA 1700) motherboard.

While I have a high-end cooling solution capable of keeping the CPU temperature below 60°C, I am concerned that this voltage might be too high for long-term use. I want to confirm whether running at 1.45V on default BIOS settings is safe for extended periods, or if this could potentially lead to CPU degradation or damage over time.

Could you please advise on:

  1. Whether a consistent voltage of 1.45V is within safe operating conditions for the i9-14900K?
  2. If not, what voltage range would you recommend for optimal performance and longevity?
  3. Are there any specific BIOS settings I should adjust to reduce the voltage while maintaining performance stability?

Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your expert advice on this matter.

Best regards,
