I have the BIOS Setup Utility version 2.21.1277., my pc is acer nitro n50-610, is there (a) new version that I can install?

As you say, you have Acer computer, rather than Intel computer. So, you need use use Acer BIOS downloaded from Acer Site.

The latest BIOS for Acer Nitro N50-610 is version R01-A2, dated 31/03/2021.
