Greetings everyone.
The chipset of my laptop with GL82CM238 SR30U chipset that I am using is defective. I can't get the GL82CM238 SR30U chipset, but I was able to find a chipset with code number GL82CM236 SR2CE. I see that the features are the same on Intel's official site. You can also check it here: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/compare.html?productIds=90593,98087
My question is; Can I use GL82CM236 SR2CE chipset instead of GL82CM238 SR30U?
Thanks...

I highly doubt this is possible. In any case, consult with the laptop manufacturer.
