My E7500 Core 2 Duo has a temp variation of about 14 degrees celcius.Core # 0 is the hottest running about 44 degrees C. and core# 1 runs about 26 degrees c.. Is this normal? The processors are mounted on a Gigabyte GA-G41M-ES2L MOTHER BOARD
It is a bit mor ethan usual but nothing to worry about, have you made sure the heatsink and fan is sitting properly and that the thermal paste is spread thinly and evenly? You could also try it on another motherboard to see.
