Intel Extreme Tuning Utility

im using an i5 9400f, for core voltage & offset, processor core icemax, turbo boost short max & power max, cache voltage 'offset & icemax how far can I turn up everything or is it even safe to max out any settings?  idk what most of them do & I am new to a lot of computer knowledge. Someone please help?

Your processor is not supported by XTU.  XTU only supports X and K processors.
