Hello,
Recently I purchased the game The last of us part 1 on PC.
But I can't launch the game because of CPU missing features. There is a part of the log message :
-[ CPU Info ]--------------------------------------------------------
GenuineIntel : Intel(R)
# Logical Cores: 4
Base Frequency : 0.00GHz
Max Frequency : 0.00GHz
Ref Frequency : 0.00GHz
Features : mmx, avx, sse, sse2, sse3, sse41, sse42, f16c
popcnt, rdtscp, xsave, osxsave, monitor, ssse3
aes, rdrand, msr, cx8, sep, cmov, clfsh, fxsr
fsgsbase, erms, lahf, syscall, pclmulqdq
cmpxchg16b
---------------------------------------------------------------------
CPU not supported! Missing features: lzcnt, bmi1
My questions are :
- Does the Intel I5 3470 have this missing features : lzcnt and bmi1 ?
- If he's got it, how can I activate them for playing the game ?
For your information and after hours of search on the internet, I update my Windows 10 Family to Windows 10 Pro in order to activate Hyper V in BIOS and OS.
There is my config :
- Model CPU : Intel I5 3470
- Model GPU : Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060 12 Go Vram
- GPU Driver ver. : 531.41
- RAM : 16Go DDR3
- HDD or SSD : classical HDD
- OS : Windows10 Professional 64bits
Thanks for your help.

yes, it is very likely missing features in the processor graphics, as it is 11 years old!
The latest/last driver can be found here:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18606/intel-graphics-driver-for-windows-15-33.html
If that does not work, you should simply disable the processor graphics in the bios and use only the nvidia.

Hello AlHill,
Many Thanks to you.
It was effectively the processor graphics who make the game crashing.
The latest Intel driver didn't work and I desinstall it.
I found how to disable the processor graphics in the bios, that was the first step it makes it works.
The second step is that I had to disable the Intel(R) HD Graphics in the device manager.
I would never have found on my own. So thank you again for your very helpful help

Glad you have it working. The missing features of your processor graphics is likely OpenGL, which is 4.0:

New games probably are not going to run on "old" APIs.
