Intel Management Engine Driver Update Help

So I am looking to update my z690 Aorus Master (Gigabyte) BIOS. It has a firmware update that updates CSME version to 16.1.38.2676v4.1. I'm not sure if the most recent IME Version 2618.9.30.0 will match this firmware update. Im also not sure if I need to use setup.ME in Legacy or Main_DCH. 

Will intel_security_engine_software_ME_2618.9.30.0.zip download match the CSME frimware version 16.1.38.2676v4.1 ?

Do I use Legacy or Main_DCH setup.ME?

OS is win 11 OS BUILD 26200.8973, Version 25H2. Im currently on a 12900k and looking to update to a new 14900K (main reason for bios update).

Also do I update the drivers before or after the CSME firmware ?

Yes, it should be compatible. Update the BIOS first, then install the latest Intel ME driver. For Windows 11, use the Main_DCH installer unless Gigabyte specifically recommends the legacy version.
