Hello smile1,
Thank you for reaching out. I understand that after reinstalling Windows 11 and downloading the Intel® NUC Software Studio from the Microsoft Store, you encountered the error message: “This application is not supported on your system. Please install Intel NUC Studio.” I know how inconvenient that can be, especially when the download link doesn’t lead to a valid application. I’ll be glad to help you with this.
- The exact model of your Intel® NUC.
- The current BIOS version installed.
- Your Windows 11 build version (you can find this by typing winver in the Start menu).
- Whether all Intel drivers have been updated using Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (DSA).
Once we have this information, we can confirm compatibility and guide you on how to reinstall the proper version of the Intel NUC Software Studio or an alternative management utility if needed.
Regards,
