Intel Pentinum Processor E6700 3.20GHz Memory Support

I plan on purchasing an Intel e6700 procesor (3.20 ghz) for my computer. My mother board has 4gb worth of DDR2 RAM stationed on it.

Would the aforementioned processor support DDR2 RAM?

The CPU that you have has a 1066 FSB , It best to have the RAM match the FSB , Question is does your mother board support DDR2-1066 Ram??
