Intel Q65 Express Chipset, 

i have a motherboard with Intel Q65 Express Chipset,

can I install Intel 3770K CPU and what bios update will I need?

I have newly joined this amazing site and can anyone advise on this.

You need to ask your motherboard manufacturer what processors are supported by their bios.  If you have an intel desktop board, provide the model number.  As far as using a 3rd gen processor on that chipset, no way.
