I have tried multiple times to submit a support request now, with the screen just clocking endlessly.
Pertinent details below:
I own an Alienware Aurora R16 with an i7-14700F. I have seen a large amount of WHEA Event 19 Cache Hierarchy Errors + multiple unscheduled system shutdowns which seem textbook CPU prob. Dell is currently being problematic with honoring the warranty directly, so I'm reaching out to intel directly per online advice.
Event logs show hundreds of WHEA-Logger Event 19 Cache Hierarchy Errors from the Processor Core daily. RAM tested clean via Windows Memory Diagnostic. BIOS has been updated to Alienware 2.23.0. This is my second i7-14700F, the first was replaced by Dell ~485 days ago under warranty. The replacement chip is now exhibiting identical symptoms. System was purchased September 1st 2024, putting us well within the 5 year warranty window.
Happy to provide further technical details or additional screenshots/logs on request. I have two draft support requests that I am unable to submit, and a detailed system report generated by intel's tooling that I would rather not post here publicly.

Just a minor heads. As of now (~4 hours later) the support request system is still down and I am unable to submit a ticket.
