Intel Turbo Boost Technology Monitor

I have a Intel i7-860 2.8Ghz processor installed. When I run the setup program for Intel Turbo Boost Technology Monitor, I get the error message that the processor installed in my system does not support Turbo Boost. Any Ideas.

Never Mind I figured it out. Missed a step in the BIOS. After reading a post here.
