Intel Turbo Boost

My processor is an i7 2600S, its base frequency is 2.80Ghz, maximum is 3.80Ghz, i wanted to use Intel Turbo Boost mode, but my question is, can i use turbo mode at all times? 24 hours a day?

Provided your system and processor are properly cooled, you can (and will) use Turbo Boost all the time.
