I recently installed XTU for my i9-13900k. It worked fine for at least a week, but then it started to be such that I could get it to load in whatsoever. When I opened it I would get the initial screen that says the name of the product, sometimes with spinning loading cursor forever--sometimes not--, but in the end it never would load in. I have since uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times, following the online instructions from Intel on how to do a fresh install of it, removing the profiles in the options in the uninstaller. In each time I've reinstalled it I have the same error of it opening to the initial splash/loading screen, but never progressing further. I know that I can make most of the changes that I would like in the Bios, but for convenience I would rather have access to the XTU and, importantly, the extra tools it provides. Could you please instruct me on how to best resolve this such that I can get past the initial loading screen and into the XTU itself?
