Intel XTU already installed

So i recently installed intel XTU but i couldnt change and of my core multipliers so i deleted it. Thats another problem. But my main issue right now is that when i try to install it back with the installer it says like so at the attachment. I dont see IntelXTU on windows' add/delete programs section nor at active services or at my task manager. I cant find any files left from my previous installment so i cant delete anything i cant find any. But i restarted my pc, tried to install again and again but it always says "already installed" can i find the direct program without installer? What can i do.

1. What method did you use to uninstall XTU previously (Control Panel, third-party uninstaller, manual deletion)?

2. Do you remember the exact version of XTU you had installed before?

3. Where are you downloading XTU? Kindly share the link.
