Intel XTU not wanting to download i9-13900k

So I keep running into the same problem over and over. I keep trying to install the latest version of XTU and it just tells me that I need to uninstall the old version, which I've done. I have followed all the steps to try and uninstall, but nothing seems to be working. I'm at a loss here

  1. When did you purchased the processor?
  2. Was it working fine with XTU before?
  3. If yes, did you change any settings on your system?
  4. Can you share the link of the XTU and the version that you are trying to install?
