Hi
I recently noticed that one of my cores on my intel core 2 quad Q9400 sticks to 40°C (104°F).
Even by playing a game or being on the desktop, the temperature doesn't change from 40°C
The core showing 40°C is core # 3, all other 3 cores are changing temperature. I changed 3 times from cooling
and even by doing that, it still sticks to 40°C. I'm not overclocking the CPU or anything.
Any known reason why this is happening?
