The turbo boost clock speed is stuck at 3.50GHz,..
Evry single option for turbo boost clock Is on in the bios..
EIST is also on in the bios..
The bios information about the turbo boost clock is given at 3.9GHz but when i do havely tasks like Call Of Duty i monitored the speed ands it stuck at 3.50GHz,..
When im stressing it with the APP : CPUID The utilization is going up to 100% but the GHz stays at 3,5GHz
How i get my turbo boost clock speed back to 3.9GHz
Because the last i checked i saw it going up to 3.9GHz in the taskbar performance tab..

Yes evrything is on in the BIOS
A week ago i saw it go to 3.9ghz in taskbar manager under performance and with a stressing bench its always was going up..
Now it doesnt go up anymore
May be the problem that i installed win 11 24h2 ?
When i bought the pc 3 months ago it was given with win 11 23h2.
