When my pc is in bios i can enable/disable turbo mode and when i have it disabled my pc launches just fine but runs horribly as the cpu runs at an extremely slow speed. When i have turbo mode enabled i cannot boot out of bios as i go to exit bios with turbo mode enabled and it causes a crash making the pc restart. Is there a way to fix these problems such as just making the cpu run better with turbo mode disabled? or is there a way to fix the crashes. I already updated my bios to the most recent version and also changed the voltage power limits as suggested by intel its self inside of bios.
