Intel turbo boost monitor crashes

I can get it to install, and some times the blue line goes up I guess when it's in that mode. My question is sometimes when I restart my computer or start it up, the monitor crashes and says either I have to restart my computer (which doesn't help) or reinstall it. This isn't fair.
