Invalid Serial Number Format

Hi,

I am trying to register my new Intel i9-9900k processor I ordered from amazon. Every time I type in the S/N that is on the box I get the "invalid serial number format" message. If anyone can help me with this issue I'd greatly appreciate it.

You do not need to register your Intel product.
