Is there any Atom processor that supports memory virtualization (EPT) ?

I have searched several days for fiding out whether Atom processor family with VT-x also support memory virtualization (a.k.a. extended page table) or not.

However, I couldn't find any information yet.

Please help me.

It is urgent matter for me
