I'm writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the lack of communication regarding my RMA ticket, which I submitted on July 20th. It's been four days without any acknowledgment or response, and the issues I'm facing with my 14th Gen Raptor Lake CPU are devastating my work and content creation efforts.
Critical Issues Encountered:
Severe CPU Voltage Problems:
- The default BIOS settings caused my CPU to run at a dangerous 1.6V.
- Manual adjustment to 1.4V hasn't alleviated the severe performance degradation and frequent crashes.
Significant Performance Degradation:
- Despite adjusting the voltage, my CPU's performance has degraded drastically.
- I'm experiencing constant instability and frequent crashes during routine tasks and gaming sessions.
Frequent Blue Screens of Death (BSOD):
- Since submitting the RMA ticket on July 20th, I've encountered over 120 BSODs.
- These crashes have rendered my system unusable for extended periods.
Confirmed Microcode Algorithm Error:
- There's a known microcode algorithm error causing the degradation and instability.
- This issue is well-documented and confirmed by multiple sources and users experiencing similar problems.

Immediate Request:
- Immediate acknowledgment and action on my RMA request.
- Detailed guidance on resolving the severe CPU issues, including potential fixes or replacement options.
- A clear timeline for the RMA process and next steps to ensure a swift resolution.
