I have HP Laptop with 4 GB RAM and intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4010U CPU @ 1.70GHz processor. I upgraded it from windows 8.1 to windows 10 Pro. My laptop is running very slow and its blue tooth also not working after windows upgradation. Please suggest me.

Clean up your machine, delete/remove applications and startups that you do not need, check for malware, add more memory, upgrade from HDD to SDD, add more disk space, redo the thermal past, update your drivers, update your bios, get a faster laptop, contact microsoft for support with their OS, etc., etc., etc.,
This is not an Intel problem, but rather a maintenance problem of a 12-year-old laptop.
