Hi DeividA,

Thank you for your reply.

The products I have listed are only part of what I need, and I want to confirm that the material composition list of the processors can be obtained through this way.

Hello YongchuanHu

Thanks for your response. Based on the investigation performed, I would like to let you know that Intel does not provide the Full Material Disclosure (FMD) Documentation reports publicly.

You can find more information about how to get the Full Material Disclosure (FMD) and Material Data Declaration Sheets (MDDS), please check the following link:

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Hi DeividA,

Unfortunately the FMD documentation is not available,

I would like to know what the IMDS documentation is https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000059791/services/quality-regulatory-ecology.html and is there any material composition information about the processor, please let me know, thank you!

Hello YongchuanHu,

Thanks for your response. Based on my research I would like to let you know that Intel does not provide IMDS documents for Tray Processors. I found some documentation for the CPUs that you mentioned (i5-12450H,i5-10210U, i7-1165G7) which is the only information I can provide:

1. Intel® Core™ i5-12450H Processor: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/collections/content-type/mdds.html?q=i5-12450H&s=Relevancy

2. Intel® Core™ i5-10210U Processor: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/collections/content-type/mdds.html?q=%20i5-10210U&s=Relevancy

3. Intel® Core™ i7-1165G7 Processor: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/collections/content-type/mdds.html?q=%20i7-1165G7&s=Relevancy

Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

Hi DeividA,

The information linked above is obviously not what I want. Why does Intel not provide the material composition list that other manufacturers can provide?

Hello YongchuanHu,

I would like to let you know that the International Material Data System (IMDS) declarations are the system of record for many automotive customers, Intel only provide this for boxed processors and not for tray processors, the reason is that tray processors are normally sold to and bought by large companies, specifically companies that create pre-built computers like Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc, therefore they are responsible to provide documentation for the products they sell.
