Hello. I have a doubt about the max frequenncy of DDR5 ram supported by 13th generation of processors, on the site it says "Up to DDR5 4800 MT/s", does that mean that i can't use 5600mhz ram modules with such processors?

No, it means that Intel only validates and certifies operation up to 4800MHz. Using XMP profiles to run at higher frequencies is possible - but, you need to understand that this is technically a form of overclocking and could void your warranty.
