Hi everyone,
So, I've got this driver update notification for quite a days but couldn't do it earlier. Now when I finally decided to do it, it is not scanning my system. I've tried refreshing, re-installing the assistant multiple times but still the issue remains. I'm not really a tech guy so tell me what should I do or can I simply ignore it?
I am using an HP laptop and running a Windows !0 Pro.
Also, didn't know which location this post belongs to so please mind it

Hello Bilal-Ahmad,
Thank you for reaching out! I understand how frustrating it can be when the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant isn’t scanning your system, especially after trying multiple reinstalls. No worries I’m here to help.
To get started, could you please provide the information below so I can check this more accurately?
- Which driver update are you being notified about?
- Are you getting any error message when the scan fails? If possible, please share a screenshot.
- Has your HP laptop received any recent Windows updates?
Once I have this information, I’ll guide you through the next steps. And don’t worry you don’t need to be a tech expert. I’ll make everything easy to follow.
I’ll be waiting for your reply so I can assist you further.
Regards,
John M.
