Hello Ponceinlet,
Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. I understand that your system only shows a display after the second boot. To help investigate this issue further, may I ask a few questions:
- When did this issue start happening?
- How often does this issue occur? Is it every time you power on the system?
- Were there any recent changes made to your system before this started?
- Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps?
- Could you please provide us the SSU logs of your system? You can find instructions on How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
Please share these details so I can continue assisting you. I will wait for your response.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Kenneth B.

Hello Ponceinlet,
Thank you for providing the information and SSU log file from your new community post. To maintain clarity and avoid confusion, please continue all communication within this original thread.
After reviewing your SSU log file, I've identified the following:
Current vs. Latest Versions:
- BIOS: Currently version 1805 (10/30/2024) | Latest available: version 1825 (10/28/2025)
- Graphics Driver: Currently version 32.0.101.8136 | Latest available: version 32.0.101.8247 (WHQL Certified)
Please proceed with the following steps:
1) Update BIOS:
- Contact your motherboard manufacturer's support for assistance updating to version 1825
- Load BIOS defaults and ensure Re-Bar is enabled
2) Complete any pending Windows Updates.
3) Install Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8247 (WHQL Certified) using DDU in safe mode.
If Issues Persist:
- Remove the Intel® Arc™ B580 Graphics card. *Try this component on another working system (if possible).
- Connect display to onboard graphics ports.
- Verify Intel® UHD Graphics 770 driver is version 32.0.101.7076 (update with DDU if needed)
- Test if issue continues without the discrete graphics card.
Please let me know the results after completing these steps.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.
