No more response during RMA process

I have been trying to apply for a warranty replacement for my Intel i9-13900K processor for over a month. Despite confirming twice that I am eligible for an upgrade, I have suddenly stopped receiving responses from Intel via email. Could someone please assist me in getting my CPU replaced as soon as possible? Request # 06312999
