Only one core of four is running.

I have an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9000 @ 2GHz. My problem is that only one of the four cores is running. I was hoping someone would be able to help me figure out how to turn on the other three because my computer is running really slow and the CPU usage for the one core tends to be at 100% constantly. I have already updated my bios and the didn't help.

Hi

What motherboard are you using? Can you send us a Screen Shot of TaskManager Performance?

Multi-Core option in BIOS is it Enabled?
