Should I delete them manually?

Now in "Device Manager" I have:

After installing and uninstalling "Optane Memory". Previously we had the following situation:

Can you help me return to the previous situation?
Thank you in advance for a possible solution.
I will only reinstall Win 10. What do you think?

You probably uninstalled the Optane memory UI application without disabling Optane acceleration first.  If I'm right, you will need to reinstall it.

Please read detailed explanation how to disable Optane and then uninstall the application in the Intel Optane Memory M Series User Guide

Once you disabled Optane acceleration, you should change in BIOS settings the SATA Mode from "Intel RST Premium with Optane" to AHCI. In order to not corrupt the Windows boot, set Windows to SAFE boot mode, before entering BIOS and changing the SATA mode.

Now, you may uninstall the RST driver as well which is not needed any more.

I suggest that before performing all above steps, run full backup of your drive.
