Overclock FAIL :(

So I'm trying to OC my EVGA Z270 Classified K MB w/ i7 - 7700k. I turned up my multiplier from 42 to 47, but when I stress my system all I get is what you see in the attached pic. Any thoughts on where I'm bottle-necking? Any BIOS settings I might be forgetting to change?

Thanks for your response. I followed those instructions, and it's still doing the same thing. Did you see the picture I uploaded? Does that mean anything to you?
