P7450 Processors?

I would like to know if the P7450 and the P7350 are the same processor or not, because I can not find the P7450 processor anywhere on the Intel.com site at all and if so Best Buy needs to change their information on the laptop labels.?

But is the P7450 chipset compatible with the P8700 processor or not what I am saying is that the laptop I want has an P7450 processor and eventually I want to replace the P7450 with the P8700 processor, but will it fit in the same slot or will I need to get a diffrent laptop, eventhough I do not have the money to do that.
