PC BIOS source code?

Hi, Does intel gives the BIOS source code for pc motherboards to customize for my requirements? Thanks. Do I need to sign some NDA and buy the source code or? Like HP, DELL, etc. have their own custom bios.

Intel does not provide bios source code.   And, you may want to contact dell as the image you posted is of a dell device.
