Even if they were, you would still need to verify with your system/motherboard manufacturer that the the T4200 is compatible with their bios.

According to the comparison link between the two processors you sent, I can say that the Celeron B800 is better than the Pentium T4200, mainly in terms of using the graphics driver. It's right?

You are asking about processors from 13 and 11 years ago.  If the B800 graphics is the feature by which you measure "better", then, yes, the B800 is better.

...But it's not going to work in the same system. The B800 requires board with 5 Series chipset whereas the board currently hosting the T4200 has 3 Series or 4 Series chipset.
