Microsoft announced that Intel would be putting this security enhancement in their processors.  When will such Intel chips be available in retail laptops?

Here is the article:  Microsoft Announces Pluton Security Processor - Thurrott.com

There is no point in contacting Microsoft.  This change will be in Intel products.  So, when does Intel expect this feature to be available in retail laptops, such as an HP laptop?
