Problem in joining the INRC program

Hello,

My name is Yakir Matari,
And I and I am a PhD student in the biomedical school at Tel Aviv University, under the supervision of Prof Natan Shaked.

We made an application to participate in the INRC program in the context of cell classification using Flow cytometry.

However, we couldn't send the application through the site using the "Submit Application" link, since it says "Sorry, this survey is not currently active."

Would love to know if the application window will be open any time soon.

And, if it says the survey is not currently active, you should understand that.
