Since a few weeks my processor is not going any higer with its frequency then 0.77GHz , even while benchmarking. Is there anything I can do or is my processor broken?
Perform a test with the minimum configuration if it is possible, using motherboard, processor, 1 memory stick. Reset BIOS settings before doing the test.
Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool is a stress test, it will check the processor health.
