Processor Band String Module Failure

I am testing a new GMKtec Mini PC N100 G3 (family 6 Model BE Stepping 0) with Intel Diagnostic Tool 64 Bit 4.1.9.41.W.MP. I am getting a BandString = Fail message
All other tests pass.  Is this a CPU issue?

Thanks, Richard

Found the answer in an Intel article that N Series processors are not supported (a known BrandString test fail issue) by IPDT the Intel Diagnostic Tool 64 Bit version 4.1.9.41.

Hello RWmp,

Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.

Let me just confirm, are you using Intel Processor Diagnostic tool?

If yes, can you share the screenshot of the result and also the log by going to file > view results file, file, then, save as to any location you specify.

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
