Processor Speed Question

Could someone please tell me which of the following processors would provide better performance:

1) Intel Pentium D 925 (4M Cache, 3.00GHZ 800 MHz FSB)

2) Intel Xeon Processor 3040 (2M Cache, 1.86 Ghz, 1066 MHz FSB)
