Processor frequency increase

Dear sir. Mam
Present iam use hp laptop 4 GB Ram Intel core i5-10210U this base frequency is 1.6 GHz it's up to base frequency is 4.2 GHz
If I increase base frequency if any thing problem .
If nothing problem how far I can you go.

The processor frequency is controlled automatically by Intel Turbo Boot Technology feature (by default enabled in BIOS).
