Processor service feedback

Hello,

I have sent my i9 14900ks processor to the service due to bsod problems It has been more than 2 weeks but I can not have feedback about the process from the supplier. Could you please inform me about the process?

I sent in 13th if september. The legal time limit has almost been reached but i have still no info. I call supplier they dispatch me to intel. I ask intel they say it is at distributor. I call supplier to get to know which supplier is that they reply with a region name. I dont know what to do… im stuck.

Sent my cpu in for RMA intel sent me a label that I printed out and put on my box that I would be shipping my cpu in also wrote my case/swr id on it as requested ,but recently it has come to my knowledge that Intels depot for receiving RMA’ed cpus is a **bleep**show i sent mine in 25th of September it arrived at their depot on 26th of September I waited a couple of days since DHL gave me a tracking id so I could see when it was delivered, so I waited without an update after the 5-7 business from pickup had passed I contacted support to check how the RMA is going and he told me they haven’t received my cpu and that I should contact whomever I sent it with so I contacted DHL and they confirm it’s in intel's possession and has been since the 26th of September also I have proof of delivery signed off by intel this is the worst support I’ve ever had to deal with ever, long time for response all the support phone numbers they have for Europeans (in my case Sweden/uk) don’t even work. Not only have I spent countless of hours troubleshooting my system before it was known that there were issues with 14th gen cpus on top of that going trough this mess is beyond what any costumer should ever have to do all these bios updates and back and forth with support with up to 48hours for a response now my case is escalated to some department at intel but I have to wait for a response from them so what are they going to have me wait while they are looking for my package? what a mess.
